24 July – 8 August
The Wind in the Willows By Kenneth Grahame
Adapted and Directed by Helen Eastman
“The pageant of the river bank had marched steadily along,
unfolding itself in scene-pictures that succeeded itself in stately procession.”
Explore the river bank with Creation this summer. An immersive open-air story trail of The Wind in the Willows.
For just two weeks we’ll be popping up in Sunnymead Meadow (near Cutteslowe Community Centre) to discover the characters of Kenneth Grahame’s children’s classic amongst the meadow and meandering river. In small groups you’ll journey through the river bank, the wild wood, and maybe even get a glimpse of Toad Hall, encountering characters and activities along the way.
Tickets are booked in family bubbles of up to 5 people, with a maximum of two full price adults in each bubble, accompanied by additional concession ticket holders. Performances begin at 10 minute intervals and will be made up of three bubbles, with a total group size of 15 at each start time. This means that if you buy all three tickets you’ll get a private performance for your group!
Tickets are extremely limited as audience size is restricted. Advance booking essential.
