|Wheelchair user||The front of Blackwell’s Bookshop is not accessible to wheelchair users. Please book a wheelchair space and a member of front of house will meet you and escort you to a staff lift where you’ll be able to|
access the performance.
|Strobe lighting||The performance will contain special lighting effects but they will be safe for most people with epilepsy. If you’re concerned, please notify a member of front of house who’ll be able to let you know about specific|
moments during the show and lead you out of this scene.
|Guide dog||Guide dogs are welcome. Please notify us in advance so that we can let the wonderful staff at Blackwell’s know – email@example.com.|

|Blind/partially sighted||Audience members are encouraged to bring a carer with them. The performance is seated and takes place in one location. A front of house team member can assist you to your seat and explain the set|
before the show starts.
|Mobility issues||There are three small steps up at the entrance to Blackwell’s, six steps near to the entrance and also around 15-20 steps down to the Norrington room where the performance will be. A front of house team member can meet you at the entrance and escort you to a staff lift where you can gain access to the|
Norrington room. Once in the Norrington Room, the seating will be on the ground floor level or upper level which both have ramps.

|Care homes||We are able to cater for 4 wheelchair users, however we advise that Bleak House is not suitable for care homes with a large amount of patrons with mobility issues. Please see above section on mobility|
issues for information on the building’s layout.
