INTRODUCTION
Romeo and Juliet was Creation Theatre Company’s first show. It was also the first documented production to cast a 13-year-old actress in the role of Juliet. Audiences for the show surpassed all expectations and by the end of the summer 4000 people had passed through the gates at Magdalen College School.
The company produced Romeo and Juliet a second time in summer 2001 alongside the popular comedy As You Like It.
