Much Ado About Nothing
13 June - 16 August 2008

Shakespeare’s Saints and Sinners
26 June - 16 August 2008

In this inspiring new one-man show, we recreate some of Shakespeare’s most memorable characters – the good, the bad and the downright psychotic. Shakespeare’s most incisive insights into the human condition are exposed and explored by director Heather Davies (The Taming of the Shrew, 2007) and veteran Creation actor Tom Peters.

Animal Farm

21 July - 30 August 2008

The former Exercise Yard of Oxford Prison provides the atmospheric setting for George Orwell’s blistering satire on power and idealism. Led by pigs Snowball and Napoleon, the downtrodden animals of Manor Farm overthrow their human masters and begin a new life of freedom based on the principle that “All animals are equal”. But as the pigs’ behaviour becomes increasingly human, the other animals are left wondering whether he real enemy is in the farmyard.
