Alice

15 July – 19 August
A Big Top, University Parks

Fall down the rabbit hall this summer as we transform Oxford’s beautiful University Parks into Lewis Carroll’s Wonderland. This magical adaptation of Alice is the perfect family day out for the whole family.

The Full Bronte

17-19 and 24-26 August
Blackwell’s Bookshop

Join hosts Maria (glamour puss, academic, thespian) and her assistant Brannie (dog’s body, ensemble cast, backstage crew) in their chaotic attempt to homage the Bronte family! Combining comedy, storytelling, music, and games, this show of wuthering delights was hailed by Three Weeks as ‘the anarchic love child of French and Saunders and Hinge and Brackett!’ and by the Scotsman as ‘Resplendent!’ Originally developed with The Theatre Chipping Norton and having enjoyed a sell out run in Edinburgh and on national tours, this show is a delight for literature aficionados and theatre fans alike – and of course every devoted Brontëphile!
