National Storytelling Week 2011
Exciting news! To celebrate National Storytelling Week, Creation Theatre Company, the masters of high paced, innovative, accessible performances, will be bringing back our highly successful Storytelling Marathon in 2011 and we’d like to invite your school to join us in our quest for a Happy Ending.
From January 29 – February 5 2011 our talented workshop leaders and actors will be visiting Oxfordshire’s schools and giving pupils the chance to stage as many stories from Creation’s back catalogue as possible, and have a lot of fun along the way.
Students will be inspired and entertained as they work with our highly experienced leaders for two and a half hours to put on their own version of a story from Tales from the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen’s Magical Tales, Arabian Nights or last year’s Beauty and the Beast.
May Midsummer Madness
Perform with our professional actors
For May 2011 we are offering your students the opportunity to work alongside two of Creation’s favourite actors to explore and perform A Midsummer Night’s Dream in just one day!
Our talented actors will lead a group of up to 30 students in a Shakespearean Masterclass and perform with your students to an audience of your choice.
The price for this spectacular day is just £345 and with schools booking well in advance please call early to ensure the date of your choice.
